By accessing or using the IvyStrides website ("Site"), services, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

IvyStrides offers online and live SAT preparation services, including courses, study materials, and tutoring sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Fees for courses and tutoring must be paid in full before access is granted.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of enrollment and will be processed according to our refund policy.
• We offer a refund within the first 7 days of enrollment, provided the student has attended no more than two sessions.
• The refund will be credited within 3–7 working days by the payment gateway provider used at the time of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of IvyStrides and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

• You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• You may not distribute unauthorized copies of course materials.
• You may not engage in activities that disrupt the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

IvyStrides is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
